The example of the use of nɔŋ or cï = have in Thuɔŋjäŋ can be used both as a main verb and a helping verb in Thuɔŋjäŋ.

1. Nɔŋ/anɔŋ = have as the main verb:

2.Ɣɛn nɔŋ thɔn piɛth = I have a nice bul.
2. Keek anɔŋ buɔɔth diääk = they have a few good goats.
3. Yïn nɔŋ ɣɔ̈k juiëc = you will have lots of cows.
4. Keek aanɔŋ amɛ̈l juiëc = they have many sheep.

2. Cï/acï = have as the helping verb:
1.Ɣɛn cï thɔndiɛ̈ ɣaac = I have sold my bull.
2. Keek aacï thɔn yök = they have found a bull.
3. Wɔ cï tïït në kë cït nhuth thaa = we have been waiting for half an hour.
4.Ɣɛn cï cuïndiɛ̈ thaal = I have cooked my food.
5.Ɣɛn cï miɛ̈thdiɛ̈ thaal = I have cooked my food.
